At the Descamex decaffeination plant in Veracruz, the caffeine is removed from the beans using pure water from Pico de Orizaba—the highest mountain in Mexico. This process keeps the coffee's flavor compounds in place, resulting in a 99.9% caffeine-free, clean coffee that retains a deliciously sweet and nutty flavor profile.
