The Blend Story
Huila, Colombia sets the foundation. Grown at 1,300–1,650 masl by small family farms organized through Colombia's FNC cooperative network, this fully washed Excelso brings clean structure and natural sweetness — the kind of reliable, consistent base that makes a light roast approachable cup after cup.
Limu Seka, Ethiopia brings the magic. At 1,900 masl in the Jimma zone — the high-altitude forest region where Arabica coffee is believed to have first evolved — smallholder farmers organized through Fahem General Trading deliver fully washed indigenous heirloom cultivars that are the soul of this blend. Look for apricot on the nose, blackberry jam through the middle, and a dark chocolate finish that gives New Wave its unexpected depth.
