We source exceptional specialty coffee from farms around the world, and our job is to coax the best out of every bean on the roaster. Sometimes that means pushing into flavor territory we haven't quite charted yet — and occasionally a roast takes a turn we didn't plan for.
That's the Wipeout. Not bad coffee — the green is always specialty grade. Just a roast that zigged when we expected it to zag. Think of it like catching a great wave and eating it on the way down: you were still riding something worth riding.
